MAYFIELD HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Officers arrived at the Gates Mills Place apartments for a disturbance at 2:27 a.m. Oct. 24 just as a woman jumped from a tenth-floor window. She landed in a mulch bed and officers rushed to her to find that she was still breathing and had a pulse. They stayed with her until EMS arrived and took her to Hillcrest Hospital.
