NORTH OLMSTED, Ohio – An officer at 11:23 a.m. on Oct. 10 stopped a silver SUV heading north on Columbia Road north of Lorain Road after a caller reported that an SUV matching that description had just been involved in a hit-skip accident, according to a police report.
