How the Browns can slow down T.J. Watt with their run game — Mentor Sports news

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Browns’ improving run game faces a different challenge this week against Pittsburgh. With T.J. Watt, Alex Highsmith and Nick Herbig on the edge, simply lining up and trying to overpower that front is not a plan I would recommend. Cleveland needs to make those defenders think and hesitate. Run-run options give Deshaun Watson two running plays within one concept, usually pairing an outside run by a back or receiver with an inside quarterback run.
